Bear Mountain Reservation

There are few community parks that can match the beauty of Bear Mountain Reservation. The 140-acre reservation features thick forests, the foundation of old buildings, and wide fields. Candlewood Lake is even visible through the trees.

Danbury Railway Museum

Originally built in 1903 as the Danbury Station for the New Haven Railroad, the Danbury Railway Museum now houses a gift shop and plenty of railroad equipment. Those with a love of locomotives will find this museum right up their alley!
