Buick has set a third consecutive global sales record in 2015, with sales surpassing last year’s record of 1,170,115 vehicles before the month of December was even over. By the time the ball dropped, the number had reached 1.2 million.
This growth can be attributed in part to the popularity of crossovers, which have grown 3% in the United States, accounting for a whopping 40% of all new vehicles sold. Buick global sales are benefiting from this greatly by offering two of the market’s best crossovers, the Encore and Enclave.
It also helps that Buick is consistently one of the top-rated brands in America. For the last two years, J.D. Power has ranked it at the best mass-market brand for customer service, and ranked the GL8 and all-new Envision first and second in the large SUV segment, respectively, in its Initial Quality Study.
And it’s only about to get better. The Cascada convertible is very soon going to be made available at Vail Buick GMC, which will be joined later in the summer by the new LaCrosse.
