The GMC Sierra is already a fierce competitor in the full-size pickup segment, and the next generation promises to be even better. The 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation will bring renewed styling, more capability, and innovative technologies.
The next-generation GMC Sierra Elevation will boast a taller hood and more dynamic grille. Bold fenders and body color door handles and bumpers add a touch of sophistication to the pickup. Tow hooks and standard 20-inch aluminum wheels create a sense of capability in the 2019 Sierra Elevation.
Tackling tough terrain is no problem for the 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. The Traction Select System allows drivers to adjust the shifting and throttle. An available X31Off-Road package adds underbody skid plates, a dual exhaust system, and a locking rear differential. The ProGrade trailering System and Trailering App offer a new level of capability in the all-new trim level.
The Sierra Elevation will arrive with best-in-class cargo volume at 89.1 cu ft. of space. Bed lighting and large corner steps make entering and exiting the bed more convenient than ever before.
The GMC Sierra Elevation will feature a 2.7-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The new powertrain produces an impressive 310 hp and 348 lb-ft of torque. Drivers have the option of upgrading to a 5.3-liter V8 engine. A new 3.0-liter turbo-diesel six-cylinder engine will come mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission sometime in 2019.
We have a while to wait for the 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation, but contact us at Vail Buick GMC if you have any questions.
